Cancellation Policy

This Cancellation Policy governs the cancellation of orders placed on www.thefinebox.com (“Website”), operated by Bhavani Trading, a sole proprietorship (HUF), registered in India. 

1. No Customer-Initiated Cancellations 

Once an order is successfully placed on the Website, customers are not permitted to cancel the order under any circumstances. This applies to: 

• Prepaid orders
• Cash on Delivery (COD) orders
• Domestic and international shipments 

Customers are strongly advised to review product details, quantities, shipping address, and payment information carefully before confirming the order. 

2. Order Cancellation by Bhavani Trading 

We reserve the sole right to cancel an order at our discretion in the following situations: 

• Product unavailability or inventory discrepancies
• Errors in pricing, product description, or listing
• Incomplete or incorrect customer information
• Failure of payment authorization
• Suspected fraudulent or abusive activity
• Violation of our Terms and Conditions
• Force majeure events including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, governmental actions, or technical failures 

3. Refunds for Cancelled Orders 

If an order is cancelled by Bhavani Trading: 

• A full refund will be issued
• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method only
• Refund processing timelines may vary depending on the payment provider or bank 

No additional compensation, damages, or interest shall be payable. 

4. Modification of Orders 

Order modifications, including changes to product, address, or quantity, are not permitted once the order has been placed. 

5. Policy Updates 

We reserve the right to update or amend this Cancellation Policy at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon publication on the Website.
